RE: Outbreak - Part 7“Oh Bob…” Mark said quietly removing the hand gun from his now dead friend’s hands. A silent tear rolled down Mark’s face as he closed Bob’s blank open eyes.  
 
“Mark…we need to go. We don’t have much time left.” Cindy said quietly, placing a hand gently on Mark’s slumped shoulder.  
 
Tightening the grip on the hand gun, Mark picked up the fallen shotgun from the ground next to where Bob lay still. Mark nodded quickly to Cindy and the survivors headed towards the giant J’s bar sign and the chain link fence that was halting their freedom run.

Alyssa jerked around looking for the origin of the cry but found nothing but the black night sky. She had made it onto the roof ahead of the rest of the group; shooting ahead as soon as the waitresses were through the wine room.   
 I refuse to be eaten by that horde. The others will slow them down, she thought to herself selfishly.

Alyssa involuntarily ducked at the sound, being pulled sharply from her thoughts. Cursing inwardly at the hidden stalker, she made her way around the roof of Jason’s bar. Taking a left turn from the roof access, she was brought to a spacious a RE: Outbreak - Part 6

“They are taking too long! We should go help them.” Lela said.   
“Like hell!” Alyssa replied rudely.  
 
“Quiet!” Mark shouted turning towards the arguing women. “I hear something.”

“OPEN THE DOOR!!!” came the muffled cry.
